Just a draft. I have really wanted to write something new and after a couple hours of thinking and planning I came up with this. I hope you enjoy it!

Now and Forever

Today when I rose from my bed, something felt different. There was a part of me that was not the same, a major part. I vaguely remembered last night but the major part I do remember most, was the destruction and mending of my heart.

All I wanted was a friendship, but yet it was too much for him. I thought things were going good, we got a long great, laughed, hung out and life was perfect. I was even there for him in his time of need. I helped pay many of his bills; I bought groceries to help him and his father out. They were going through a rough time and I was there in his time of need. I was not financially stable at the moment but I found a way to help them. I was someone he could rely on and he knew I was there for him. He was even fine with me dating his best friend. Yet, with a relationship comes honesty, Thomas told me all the things Mike would say behind my back, he told him a ton of hurtful things, some things I was glad to hear, others I could have done without. I never let the things he said bother me. I knew that if Thomas really loved me that the things Mike discussed with him would not affect us one bit, and it has not.

Last night Thomas, Mike and I went out dinner, movie, and then to finish the night off a game of pool. It was our favorite thing to do. Thomas had to leave early, leaving Mike and I alone. This was the moment when my heart was destroyed. Mike went off on me, telling me that I caused too much drama in his life and the world would be better off if I was dead. He then went on to tell me that Thomas never loved me, it was all an act. He just wanted to keep me around to have sex when he had no one else to go to, and to get whatever he desired since he did not have a job. He told me that Thomas was cheating on me with a prettier, and skinner girl. I was just there to fill the gap and so he could say that he had a girlfriend. I knew that Thomas would never do that to me, I knew for a fact he loved me, he would never cheat on me.

I could not wait until Mike was completely away from me. I was holding back tears until the moment he left. I immediately called Thomas, he could not understand a word I said, and being the compassionate man he was to me he rushed to my side. Holding me close in his arms, I felt safe and was able to calm down. I explained everything to him, everything Mike told me I told him. He held me closer and tighter. I felt him kiss my head and I knew at that moment that I could cast my worries and know that he would always be by my side.

Thomas followed me home from the bowling alley, from which we were at playing pool. After I got home he tucked me in and kissed me goodnight, reassuring me that everything will be ok. I just needed to stay strong and it would make my life better, and I would be better off without him. He then kissed me goodnight and told me he would call when he got home, like he always does. After receiving his call, I was going to try and get some sleep.

Awhile later I was graciously woken by soft guitar playing, I was confused at first because I knew I did not turn on any music before I went to sleep. I noticed that the music was coming from outside my window; I looked out to see Thomas there, singing …

I knew this song. Richard Marx sung it. I knew that the song was talking about his worries but Thomas was switching it around making it my worries and battles but reassuring me that he will always be my man. I knew not anyone would do this for anyone, only someone who truly loved someone.

I knew that everything Mike said to me that night was all a lie. Thomas would never cheat on me…Thomas would never leave me…I knew he loved me. He knew just how to mend my heart. All it will take now is time, time to finish healing. I know whenever I am weary I have someone to go to. Someone who can mend me back when I start to break.

Got a call from eyemart for an interview tomorrow (applied in April)

Had an amazing night Friday night with friends

It rained, i mean pored.

Registered for next semesters classes

Went swimming with my Chris and his friend then it rained

Reconnected with September and John. We are more acquainted now

Visited a new church with Chris (I liked it)

Watched Flicka 2 and loved it!

I guess the good out weighs the bad but it really hurts losing a friend - it hurts a lot. I'm trying to be strong but it really is not easy.

Good Night World - Honey

Honey's normal bedtime routine! Her pj's, her kat, her pillow, and blanket. She loves the attention. And may I mention LOVES pillows...By the end of the night she will be on all of our pillows leaving me with nothing...Oh well I love her!

The pictures are not that well because I was in a hurry but this was a fun project, cost with candy and the cokes around $20...I used two kinds of mike and ikes, 2 kinds of skittles, nerds, and hot tamales. I really enjoyed this project and think I will be doing it again soon :)

Month 5

Did not realize that I have not posted month 5 of Chris and I :-o

Month 5 has been awesome! We started having more serious talks, some that were much needed! We have been meeting each others family and plan on letting our parents meet very soon, whenever our lives settle down some! Chris has such a caring personality, I've been a little sick the past couple days, he calls and checks up on me or he comes to visit me, I love it!! My family loves Chris, and my cousin Audrey says that "we work beautifully together!" and yesterday we had lunch with one of his friends and she said we are a cute couple! I love hearing these comments! I love how strong Chris and I are getting, we are so open with one another and 100% honest. He knows if something is wrong with me and I know the same about him! We still have our rough times but we just give one another some space and we are much better by the next day! I love that about us because we wont bring it up, we just let it go. One thing we enjoy doing together is fishing. We do it very often, even with his parents! My uncle wants to take us both sea fishing this summer! That is going to be fun!! I can not wait!! I will post month 6 soon as it comes! May 28th :-)

This dog...She is a one of a kind! No matter what I do to her she has to show off! She has a Mohawk on her head...her hair just randomly grew like that and wont lay down! I refuse to cut it, just makes dressing her up more fun :) She is my baby!

Jew is just fun! She fits almost anywhere, easy to sneak into places, such as walmart :) except for one thing...this dog whines more than a baby cries :-/ like seriously! But she is just cute and worth posting about :)
And then the pups together! Honey likes to smile for the camera so cute! And these dogs are like pj and J you cant separate them!

Fun Fun Weekend

Chris and I are starting to get more serious. Its almost been 6 months...half a year! since we started dating. I really do love him. He got to go with me to meet my family in San Antonio this weekend and we had so much fun. Ive gotten to meet a lot of his family now in return he gets to meet mine! My aunt and uncle terry love him my cousin Audrey says "I think you too work beautifully together" :) we got to stay with them it was so fun! I got to wake up the past two mornings to his sweetness. I love it and I am going to miss it.Chris and I are some nice talks and some much needed talks. I love when we have our good talks! He can put a smile on my face in like a second flat! He amazes me!!! Here is a picture of us at the riverwalk!

The Day Before Easter

Anyways I got to go finishing with my wonderful Chris yesterday. Made my day 110% better! I caught 2 crawpie fish and he caught like 4... we also went bass fishing but did not catch any bass. Although his dad and uncles caught some...we did not...lame...I hope we go again really soon! I really enjoyed it! We spent most of our day together yesterday he went and babysat with me. He kept me company yesterday when the kids went to bed. I loved it. We watched the princess bride and he ordered pizza. I really love it when we get to spend time together it makes my day and week and everything so much better! He is the best I could ever have!

Do not let the picture fool you! None of my fish made it on the line! BOO! Chris however got one fish on the line!

Before we went fishing though I got into a little encounter with my computer desk and got 4 lovely scratches on my leg! -.O ...

They are not as bad as they look. Just small scratches with bruising under them. It looks very strange!

Month 4

Oh my gosh is what I have to say. It's already been 4 months since the man I love and I started dating. I have to say I really hope he is the one God has planned to be in my life forever. He is so caring, loving and always so helpful.

So far in the 4 months we have been together, I have met his parents, grandparents, aunt and uncle and a lot of his friends, he has helped me gain more self confidence, he has shown me that he really cares about me and always wants to be able to help if I need something or if something goes wrong, we have been on a road trip in my new car together to Abilene, we were both accepted into DeVry university.

I think our favorite thing to do when we are together is either cuddle or go for walks or fishing or play pool :)

I am not sure what to call this but our more uh well I will let you fill in the blank. but a few weeks ago on a Monday night we were out at twin buttes and we were enjoying a nice walk along the water at sunset right before the movie we were going to see started. When we decided to leave he went a different way out and his car got stuck in the mud! Oh what fun that was! We called his friend Levi and when he tried getting us out he got stuck, so Levi called on of his friends, they got stuck. They called two more people and they pulled the two trucks out and finally got us out! His car was a TOTAL mess...I dk I look back on that now and it was fun but then I was terrified.

My Valentine!

It was the best night of my life. Seriously! Chris didn't let me know where we were eating he kept it a surprise. He picked me up about 5 gave me the best valentine present ever!!!! Moonlight path lotion/perfume, an amazing card that brings tears to my eyes, and a nice heart shaped box of chocolates :) and we went for a drive then we arrived at this little house and that was were we were eating. Pesent Village (or something like that) we ate in a tiny room with only a couple of small tables walls were painted like we were in a garden and vines above our head with grapes hanging down dimmed lights and a candle lit dinner. It was so amazing. I've never had a candle lit dinner until tonight. After dinner we went and laid under the stars and watched forest gump! It was an amazing night. I really do love him a lot. He's all I could have ever asked for so sweet, so caring, so respectful, so encouraging and has such a great heart.

Can someone hand me a tissue? Such a wonderful night brings tears to my eyes! Thank you so much Chris! I really hope and pray he is the guy God has made for me. and I hope hes my first/last valentine.

Before you read this, I want to tell u how special this gentle man is. Every morning I wake up to a text that says "good morning beautiful" so amazing and a wonderful way to start my day. He's so caring, gentle, kind, so loving, and respectful. He comes and gets me for almost every date and we go walking a lot, just to have time for us. I've never felt the way I do in my heart hes one of a kind that is for sure. I get butterflies in my stomach every time I see him but also get really excited. I cherish every moment I am with him. I got to spend new years with him and my two best friends, September and Haley. We had a blast. We ate bbq ran to wal-mart to get sparkling grape juice (yum!) and watched the count down on the television and even got a new years kiss it was so sweet! oh did I mention we popped fireworks? ha that was fun too. September and roman candles = DANGEROUS! So funny tho she made the fireworks bounce off a tree and haha wow it was fun. anywhooo here is a lil something for my hunnnyyy <3

A visit to the doctor...

I've been having really bad chest/heart pains for awhile and went to the doctor finally because i was short of breath yesterday and they did an EKG, blood tests, and a chest x-ray and the EKG and x-ray turned out good but the blood test indicated i have an abnormally low red blood cell count which is leading to iron defencey and the doctor also indicated that i have arthritis in my chest which could be from anxiety.. I am taking a 6 day steroid to help with the arthritis and pain medication. but all in all im glad it was nothing serious.

I got a new job working for Angla at her church - totally love it! Got to quit the day care and so much stress has left me since than. I also got another job working at a place called healthy families where I watch children while their parents are in some kinda group therapy stuff so they can work things out to stay with each other or something like that.

I also got a new boyfriend Chris <3 hes awesome. Nothing bad happened with Haley and I but after knowing each other most of our lives it was best we just were friends so we didnt ruin anything between our friendship and Chris is actually his best friend and Haley thinks its awesome that I am with Chris. We've been together 2 weeks today =]

I survived my first semester of college! Passed my english exit exam so I dont have to take remedial in there I can move on to college english! I am still in remedial math but the second part of it! I am taking bowling, math, english, and photography next semester its gonna be so fun! I am excited!

I have the most awesome dog who poses for me when I want to do a photoshoot! Totally awesome! Heres some pictures!

An Unexpected Fate

Fate, according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, is the will or principle or determining cause by which things in general are believed to come to be as they are or events to happen as they do. Some people believe in fate while others believe it to be an excuse. Personally, I experienced an incident that caused me to be a firm believer in fate. I was sitting at my computer absorbed in thought when my attention was drawn to a “friend request” on Myspace. It was a request from Ben Rainwater. I remembered a Haley Rainwater from Kindergarten. In fact, Haley had been my first crush. We had a great friendship and spent hours playing together as children. Upon seeing the request, I immediately questioned whether this was the same person. When I received a reply of yes, I was thrilled. We began to talk and set up a time to meet. Our first meeting was shy but then the friendship began to renew itself. We started dating a week later. So many wonderful things have happened since renewing my friendship with Haley. Haley has impacted my life in a positive way and has been an inspiration to me.
Previously, we had known each other as children in kindergarten. After being moved to a private school in second grade, I lost contact with Haley. We have always been a little more than friends because he was my very first crush and I was his. Throughout the years, I had thought of him often and wondered what his life was like. I do not exactly know how this happened but after eleven years of not speaking or seeing each other, he stumbled upon me looking through Myspace on the Internet. After renewing the friendship, we visited about how we used to be when we were younger. We discussed how we both had really blonde hair and how my mom and his grandmother did volunteer work for our school. Both ladies were always helping out in our classrooms and with special events, such as someone’s birthday or a big event such as the school carnival. Then the subject changed to a girl named Marina who often fought with me over Haley because we both had a crush him. It was good to laugh with an old friend.
I feel accepted by Haley because he does not point out my mistakes and imperfections. He does not care that I have made mistakes in my life. He does not care if I am rich or poor. He does not care if I am fat or skinny. He does not care about my hair color or hair length. He accepts my outward appearance and looks deeper into my feelings. Haley respects me for who I am and nothing less. I have talked with men before actually dating them and they would criticize something about me. Haley, however, has stuck by my side because he knows that we all make mistakes in our life and that we learn from them. He offers me good advice when I need it. For instance, I work at a preschool where some incidents have been going on that have upset me tremendously. Haley does not try to correct my outlook or look down on me, but rather reminds me that tomorrow is another day and things will get better. He makes me feel as if he would stick by my side and encourage me whatever the outcome. There has been many things going on in my life recently, good and bad. Some of the bad things that are going on have discouraged me. For instance, striving to do my best in school and then also the stresses I deal with at work. I feel comfortable and safe talking to Haley about the negative aspects in my life because I know that he will keep it between us. He has a lot of encouraging words to say and also jokes around with some of my negative aspects to make me laugh and to see a funny side of life. He knows exactly what to say to bring a smile to my face.
I realize that we cannot confuse bad decisions with fate. I have made many bad decisions which have controlled my circumstances. A good decision for me now, is to maintain a great friendship with Haley. He encourages me and helps me realize my positive attributes. The Apostle Paul speaks in I Corinthians 9, about a runner in a race who just runs aimlessly, beating his arms in the air and not having a goal. Haley has definite goals and therefore, he inspires me to set goals and take my fate into my hands by making good decisions regarding my future.
Haley’s life has not always been easy. I admire him because he’s gone through difficult areas in his life, and has not allowed them stop him from reaching his goals and dreams. Haley started having health problems in the seventh grade, when he found out that he had a brain aneurism. He had to have brain surgery which caused him to miss a lot of his seventh grade year which resulted in having to repeat the grade. Instead of being mad and upset about repeating his seventh grade year and dropping out of school, he stuck it out and will be graduating this year from high school. His plans after graduation consist of moving to Seattle, Washington and attending culinary school. With the passion he shows for his cooking and how he loves to talk about it, it shows me that he will be sticking to his plans. I really admire this attribute and also his courage in not giving up because of a health issue. By Haley keeping his hopes and dreams alive, it has encouraged me to keep my hopes and dreams alive as well. I recently wanted to major in nursing because I enjoy being involved with trauma, for example, attending motor vehicle accidences with the fire department I volunteer with. I know it is really hard work, and there are so many areas I need to improve such as my math and social skills. Right now everything seems to be so difficult. But I am determined to not give up now because I know we all have hard times in our lives. Just because things go wrong or become difficult does not mean we have to give up on our hopes and dreams.
Haley has changed from a childhood friend, to the kindest and dearest friend that has ever come into my life. I am extremely thankful that fate has brought us back together. Wanda Hope Carter wrote in To Achieve Your Dreams: “Take control of your destiny. Believe in yourself. Ignore those who try to discourage you. Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits. Don’t give up and don’t give in.” How inspirational. This is my plan to go forward with my destiny. I will not “give up” on my dream to be a nurse and I will not “give in” to my insecurities. I thank you Haley for your inspiration and friendship

One Month on Monday

I can't believe how time flies. Me and my sweet sweet Haley will have been together (in a relationship) for one month on Monday. It doesn't seem like we have been together that long, but we have. He is such an amazing guy with such an uplifting spirit. He loves going on walks with me, we love to play pool (although I have not played much because he was the one who taught me), he cooks the most WONDERFUL food for me (i have never tasted something so great before!), we constantly text like ALL the time, if we are not texting then we are together, we love cuddling next to each other and watching either a movie or the history channel. Something I REALLY want to do for his is take him to Washington DC. I love it there and I know he would too. He knows so much about history, and we get into some serious talks about it often too! I am in the process of writing an essay about him and be expecting it posted on here by Wednesday.

You are such a sweet sweet boy and you have treated me better than I could ever ask for. You are so special to me and I am so so thankful that you have came back into my life. I wish every girl could have someone as special and sweet as you are.

I can't believe on this coming Saturday (October 10) my little nephew will 1. Wow how this year has passed. It doesn't seem like he will be 1. my little nephew is growing up :( he can craw, he still eats from a bottle, he loves to walk holding on to your fingers, he doesn't cry often rather he smiles more than he cries, he loves his baby food, and he loves his bubba!

Home depot had this event where they had helicopters, police cars, fire trucks, and an ambulance there where the kids could go see inside and stuff. I took Vincent and D-J and D-J loved it! Especially the helicopter and police cars. He got to sit in one of the cars and turn all the lights on and some family was walking in front of it and the police man told D-J to push a certain button and he did and it made the loud air horn come on and scared that poor family! D-J thought it was just the funniest thing ever. I love fun days with my sweet nephews!

Ok you all wanna know more about Haley. Ok well Haley is 18 (my age) we are 1 month and 14 days apart! His birthday is on October 16th mines November 30th :). I seem so much more happier when I get to talk to him and be around him. His food is absolutely amazing! He is the best cook ever. The main things I love about him, he doesnt judge me, but accepts me for who I am and what I believe. I know he wont use me and treat me badly. He is there for me when I am down and makes me smile even when I am crying. We still dont know why we came back into contact after 11 years of no talking or seeing each other. Well it happened last night I tried my friends proactive solution to wash my face with and stuff and then put lotion on it because it started burning really bad and was beat red and had whelps. Well the whelps turned into scratches because it was really itching and I started scratching. I was suppose to work in the nursery today but went to show my mom and busted out crying because I look so ugly and I am embarrassed to be seen in public. I am STILL itching like crazy and its really getting annoying...

The sweetest boy ever, Haley Rainwater. I don't know what brought us back together and its amazing because we have become closer than ever since we were reunited last Thursday September 17. We've known each other since kindergarten and when I moved to private school in second grade it was the last time we saw each other or even spoke until he accidentally stumbled upon me on myspace and remembered me! I thought I would never get to see him ever again but I did! He is the sweetest guy ever! He is so respectful, and I honestly don't see much respect in a lot of guys. There are very few guys like him and they are not easy to find. I love spending time with him and I can't wait to see him tonight, he's making me a wonderful chicken and dumpling dinner and I can't wait!

its been awhile since my last post - alot has happened both good and bad, but hey its life. I regret I make wrong choices I've taken the wrong paths I do a lot wrong but if I didn't regret I wouldn't learn if I wouldn't have made those wrong choices I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't take wrong paths I wouldn't be on the one I am now. I've learned from my mistakes, and I can't just focus on the negative parts of life because they just bring you down. So instead I focus on the positive parts. It's much better in the long run...

School has been great. I am at ASU and I love it - I've met a lot of new people I've gone on a few dates with a guy named Max. But we are just going to stay friends - I dont think a relationship would work out with us... Anyways school keeps me busy with the homework and stuff its pretty intense but honestly i love it.

I went on my first call a few weeks ago - it was a MVA (motor vehicle accident) two girls attending ASU flipped their car right outside of town by grape creek but walked out without a scratch on them! Praise God!! Then a few days later on a Monday I went on my first fire call. it was so fun! They put me out in the fire on the hose. I honestly love being a fire fighter its so fun and I love the intense work. The fire started as a control burn then when they thought it was out it really wasnt and caught alot of old wood and stuff on fire and yea it was pretty bad but everyone is ok. I actually new the lady who owned the land. She was one of my senior teachers. How crazy is that?? She got to see me in action! haha...

hmmm...well i dyed my hair again Mahogany I like it, just wish it would get longer already lol... I also started chapter one at church and i like it so far, i just miss being apart of the youth and active in it. but it was my time to go and so i went, its very hard and i do miss it, but it was time...oh and i finally got my bed - love it!! I went with the bedding i posted on here. its so cute! haha ok well i think thats it for my updated post! untill next time enjoy :)

Yep its time for me to grow up and get rid of all the kiddish stuff in my room...Thats what I did today not to mention emptying 92 hangers I never knew I had THAT many pieces of clothes... I got rid of a ton of stuff in my room and it looks a bit bare now but I love it! I am ordering me a new bed Tuesday from Ashley Furniture I cant wait!!

It has been cloudy and stuff today and I wished it would storm badly...well I was just getting in the shower when I heard my phone go off, and it was a text from dispatch for a grass fire. I was like sweet I can start responding and so I rushed out of the shower and threw clothes on and rushed outta the house and on my way I was... Well I never found the spot of where this fire was so keep in mind its storming...and I was on this dark road and then all I see is white, everything in the car went off and then I hear the loudest clap of thunder I have ever heard. Lighting had struck right beside my dads car, and then once I could see again I had a dear run out in front of me and I almost hit it. I am so glad that the Lord had his hand over me!

My last year at camp, can anyone say AMAZING?

As most of you know I started working at McDonalds and worked two days before hurting my back really bad... Woke up Friday morning 3:30 am got ready for work but could hardly stand, breath, or do anything. I was a warrior and went into work anyway just to be sent home ASAP. I went to the doctor later that day to be told I have strained my lower back. I was sent home to do nothing but lay on ice and take Tylenol extra strength to help make the pain leave. Next morning (Saturday) I reached under my pillow for my cell phone when I felt my back pop, I then could not move from my neck down. I had to sadly call my house to get my mom to answer she came in and imedatley called the doctor, I went back into a walk in clinic to be told the same news but this time I was given muscle relaxers (750 mg) plus the Tylenol when needed, next morning (sunday) I woke up and could not feel my legs...This worried my family so mom came home from church and stayed with me. I went into see a physical therapist Monday morning to be told that not only my lower back was strained but also my mid back. He put me in a brace which helped and I felt like my back had more support, I started doing some exercises they told me to do and as a few days went by it started getting better, if not I was to go see a specialist. My main goal was to be better so I could attend my last year at camp. I was able to go but still being in a lot of pain I was not gonna let it stop me, I jumped around did what normal teens did but then I over did it so I had to go and lay down for awhile, but every night in service I prayed for healing and Wednesday night we sung the song "healer" when I just continued to pray, when I started to feel my back tensing up and my legs started going numb again, I said "Saten get out of my life, I AM HEALED!" as soon as I said that I felt immediate relief, I went to bed without any pain and without any medication. The next day we had the annual "Iron Man" race for the last day of camp, where I rain in the last part of it, not the last last part but where everyone is just running, I went without my brace that day too, but I had lost my balance while running and fell, I felt my back go into immediate shock and it started hurting a lot again but it wasn't going to stop me, I got up and kept running while saying I am healed, I am healed, I am healed! To this day I have not had to take any medication or wear my brace. God is simply amazing! Thank you Jesus for your wonderful healing power! Camp was simply amazing! here are some pictures!!

Monday- Go by the Lyons Club to turn in my transcript so I might get a scholarship for college, I have to go by ASU to turn in some paper, I hope to hear back from a lady I had an interview with for a job, I have a job interview at 2pm,and I have to go by welsfargo to open an account...

Tuesday- open so far

Wednesday- sitting at the fire work stand for the fire department until 3, then go to church and set up, come home shower, go to church.

Thursday- Fire work stand and then meeting at the fire department.

Friday- Fire work stand

Saturday- Fire work stand and my friend Bino comes home from camp :-)

Sorry it has been so long since my post.

Well graduation went well! Still doesn't feel like I'm outta high school. But it will get there soon I hope! We had our Senior picnic and oh my gosh it was so fun! We rented out browns pool and just got to swim (i unfortunately could not get my hair wet a day after dying it, didn't want it to turn green for graduation) But I went in the water and just hung out on the little floatie things. April, Ricky, DJ, and Vincent came in on Friday the day of our Senior picnic, and my uncle Jim got there later that evening. Then on the day of graduation my parents had a bbq for me, we had Bisquick, potato salad, home cooked beans and rolls. Oh so good!! Then it was time! I never had to go pee so much before, I was so nervous. I remember walking out and my teacher was like you ok? I said no, i have to pee and im so nervous! She was like well to late good luck, I didn't have a partner to walk with so it made it even more nerve racking. But I was walking really good, the week getting off crutches, so I decided to wear heals...I did good until after walking the stage...we will come to that later, but sitting there thinking about everything and how i was glad to be sitting in the chair fixing to receive my diploma, it was time to go and walk the stage. I then hear "GO MISSY!!" My dear friend Cathy was there cheering me on as I was walking across the stage! I kept reminding myself to flip my tassel to the other side of my cap! I didn't forget, but it got stuck and wouldn't move so it took a bit to get it working right. Well finally it was on the other side, and i walked through the isle of hugs, from teachers, councilors, and principals. I had my phone stashed away in a special place along with keys, girls you know where im talking about. I forgot to turn it off vibrate to silent. well when walking across the stage I get a text and it frightened me for a second, then right when I sat down i received another text...geez it felt so weird... I learned my lesson that time, next time I will make sure it is on silent. so yea...haha...back to the heals, ok so im walking alone again in our line thing and I tripped over air and almost came to the floor but I played it off good! I was a tad embarrassed but its all good. I rushed to get my diploma and went out to my car to head home before traffic hit... well mom and dad and ricky the kids and april and jim came out to my car and i was so happy to see the smiles on their face! I was so happy to see my diploma and just so glad I was able to close this chapter in my life. I went to project graduation and enjoyed myself there, I was in a race to do all these things with my team, I accidentally tackled some girl and yeah, we were both ok...anyways It was along enjoyable night but I was so tired when I went home, it was from 11pm-4am and wow so much fun I am so glad I went. They gave away over $8,000 in prizes and $17,000 in cash. I didn't get anything but I really didn't want anything, I was really happy to see the other people receive their prizes. That about wraps up graduation...

Sorry I have neglected to post lately and keep yall guys updated on how the fire station stuff is going. Well I was voted in last Thursday its been a month since I have joined, I can't believe it, a month?? It's a lot of fun and everyone is so nice and so funny out there.

Well I have been training a lot, so far I have learned to roll a hose, carry a hose, turn the nozzle, fill the trucks with water, work the fire hydrant, hook up hoses to the trucks and hydrants and turning the water on...Tonight I trained in how to put the masks on, so when you go into a structure fire you can have fresh air, its not oxygen in the tanks because 100% oxygen can make u high and such its just regular air your breathing right now...but we geared up, got in the truck and took off to our "structure fire" which we just went to the back of the station where they store two trucks that dont work at the moment, but we pretended it was on fire and such and it was fun, then after that they trained me on how to put out a propane fire I got soaked but I am trained on how to do that now, and also last thing I learned tonight was to fill our tanks with air... oh yeah and how to correctly put the gear on and take it off and remove and apply the tanks back on the backpack dilly... but yes I enjoy it a lot. Before we left one of the guys told me "missy you did a really good job tonight..." Then one of the other guys said "People usually get claustrophobic and you either got it or ya dont, and girl you got it!" The only thing I did wrong when I had the mask on and the structure fire training was my breathing was a little to intense, I need to learn not to get so "excited" but I am most definitely glad I joined.

This was the water polo race. I never done it before and so we didnt do well, and the pressure on the hose was increased so it was hard. But fun indeed!

This was the three lady race which we did well on! We placed 3rd.

This was the single lady race. I did good when I practiced here in Grape Creek my time was 45 seconds. But when I went to compete it was 15 seconds. I placed 3rd.

I really enjoy being a volunteer fire fighter. Its really fun, and I am picking up the training and everything quickly. Although I wont go on the calls n stuff for the first year its all good though.

Yep! I'm blond! I went and got my hair highlighted yesterday, I'm in love with it. But I had an allergic reaction to something my stylist used and my head started itching and burning, I washed it but it got worse. Mom looked at it and I had little blisters forming. I went back to my stylist today and she said no more washing it until Monday then to use this shampoo she gave me once a month but the conditioner till its gone but I have to leave it in for 15 mins. For the mean time to use silk therapy. It seems to be working some but still not back to normal. But its all good. I LOVE my hair and I guess thats all that matters....

I'm not losing my mind.

I have been wanting to be able to do something for other people, help their life, bless them, save them, etc... It's something I would feel comfortable doing, It will be a challenge, and be emotional but I feel its the right time and the right opportunity to do so....before I keep leaving you in anticipation on what it is...I am going to apply to be a volunteer fire fighter! I told you already...no i am not losing my mind. Its just so heart warming to know that I may can be able to save someones life, and Gods beautiful creation here on earth... I am praying about it and I know that if this is REALLY what God wants me to do I will do it.

Weird story but it's worth it. Gladys and I were rooming together at the hotel in Galveston and we decided to walk across the way to talk to Dane in his room for awhile. All three of us were looking out the window when we say people waving at us. So we wrote on papers dark enough so they could read them. Then these guys joined in and they actually called our room (because we wrote the room number down 708)Dane had this wild and crazy idea to go down and meet our "window friends" And we met two of them Joe and Nicole. We all exchanged numbers. Then Joe and I were texting and decided to meet up that night to hang out some. So we did and he's a doll. We walked around the hotel and talked about our interests and we went up to the top floor to look down and see the lights shone by Galveston, well actually just to see how far we could see. But then curfew was approaching us so he walked me half way to my room and then left. We then texted more and I remember a text he sent me "You are so beautiful" That is so sweet that a guy would say that. If we lived closer him and I would date. But we are remaining friends because He is about to go into the air force and I am entering college. But moving on. The next morning we met up again, walked around more, talked...then I needed to go back to my room to finish some stuff before our group left. So we texted all day, then that afternoon it was their last day there the night of the award ceremony and they were leaving shortly after it. So we met up again, but this time he came to my room to get come get me...Everyone knew about him and my teachers met him, embarrassed us both, took pictures, then we were on our way! We walked around more and said our goodbyes. He walked me back to my room and that's the last I saw of him. My teacher and the other sponsor embarrassed me more. They said "You picked out a cutie!" and much more. But Joe is so kind. There's something about him most guys don't show. He's kind and very outgoing which is always a plus in my book. He shows off a wonderful personality, attitude and he doesn't talk about weird random things but yet we talked about our school, education, etc... But I wish Joe lived here so I could show him off to all my family and friends. But for now I just have pictures.

I'm finished testing / roll playing. I think we may have done well :-) but as for now we are just hanging out in the hotel doing each others hair, meeting new people through our windows, sitting in the hall, playing on computers, listening to weird random music, dancing...uhh yep the normal girl stuff lol

Our trip up here took about 9 hours. Longggg ride but we dont have a lot of people with us and so everyone has their own pair of seats in the charter and also we can lay across the seats if we wish to! perfect for sleeping! I slept most the way up here.

We are suppose to go shopping today and also maybe go to the rain forest or something maybe the ocean just not all sure yet!!

Lets start with High School

My last semester
I have only 6 classes now, not 7
I was asked by my new teacher Ms. Johnston to be apart of DECA
I'm excited to be apart of DECA, my first competition is January 30th
I'm still apart of FCCLA, hopefully things will pick up with that soon...
My English teacher teases me because I am always on top of my work making sure I get it done.
We have a day off in a couple of weeks :-)
I've ordered all my senior stuff.
I should get some of it in pretty soon...
I received my ACT score, didn't do as good as I hoped.
I'm making excellent grades...I only had 2 B's last 6 weeks the rest were A's
I have a lot of days off this semester, because of TAKS we do not have to attend school that week. I'm excited!

Now for college...

I filled out an application to ASU today.
I feel overwhelmed and have no peace about this...
I hope I get accepted.
Being apart of DECA I can receive a lot of scholarships...

My friend ana and I wanna help the cancer patients and we decided to collect these tabs. I watched a show on TV Extreme Home makeover or something like that... and this guy collected TONS of them. And I wanna be able to help someone like he did!! So far as of tonight we have 298 of these lil fellows!!

My Goal for 2009

I know it's kinda early but it's something I've been praying about and I feel like it's my goal.
But I want to be able to give back to people like they've given to me and my family. I want to be there to help people, and I want to be able to give a needy family a wonderful Christmas next year. I want to be able to be remembered by that. I want to bless people like they've blessed me. But I know anything is possible!

Such an EASY week

This week is EXAM week! I sound so excited don't I? Well I only have 2 exams!!!! Yep that's right 2 not 7! These exams take place Thursday I believe. I don't have to go to school Wednesday OR Friday!!!! That's why I'm excited!!! Today and tomorrow at school well it's going to be so lameeeee. except for today in English!! We read Canterbury Tails and we made costumes (I'm a doctor) and we are going on our Journey through out the school!! That's about the only fun thing that I will do today....

I love it because its not too big but not too small. It is $219.46 at walmart. I'd recommend this camera because its easy to use and you have the choice of using the screen or the eye piece to capture your photos. & it does great on batteries!! I've only had to change mine twice since I got it in November. and I have used it quite a bit. :-)
